Mollie Redmond
Marketing & New Business Manager
Sophie Connor steps into the role of Managing Director at Kingdom, bringing sharp commercial insight and big ambitions for our next chapter.
We’re pleased to share that Sophie Connor has stepped into the role of Managing Director at Kingdom.
Sophie first walked through Kingdom’s doors in October 2023 as a freelance Business Development Director, eager to support a local creative production agency.
Her background spans a career in promo producing before moving into account management within digital agencies, and later, business development at a TV production company. Along the way, she’s worked with clients including Twinings, Pepsi Max, Frylight, and Renault, and supported brands like Loaf and Abel & Cole through their early ventures into TV advertising.
This move to MD reflects where we’re heading: focused, ambitious, and ready for smart growth. Her expertise and drive will help open more eyes to who we are: a full-service in-house production agency delivering bold, impactful work.
“I’m proud to lead Kingdom into its next chapter – building on our strengths in automotive film production, and using our in-house talent to expand into sport, travel, and beyond.”
As Sophie puts it:
“Kingdom are more than just filmmakers. This is about showing the depth of skill we have – and sharing it with new audiences.”
With Sophie at the helm, we’re set to build on what makes us strong: creating work that moves people, tingles spines, and grabs attention.
With years of experience working with some of the world’s most iconic brands. Are you ready to tell your brand story? Let’s create it together.
