The Position

Motorsport is key to our business, accounting for a quarter of our annual income. We need someone to be the primary contact for our motorsport clients, taking care of the organisation of each filming project and ensuring that our clients always get outstanding service. As this is such an important role for us, we believe that it requires someone with strong passion for the sport and also experience within the motorsport industry. It will not be a requirement of the role to attend all the races that we film at, however it will be important to attend many of the F1 races and the European rounds of the World Endurance Championship, a total of approximately ten to twelve events per year. The rest of the time you will be based at our Head Office / Studios in Arlesey, Bedfordshire.

The primary aim of the role will be to ensure that we are doing the very best job possible for our current clients. You will liaise with our clients to plan the filming at the events for the season and then put in place travel plans for the crew. This will include everything from airport transfers, to flights, accommodation and hire cars. It will also be key to work with the crew and ensure that the quality of the films remains exceptionally strong and that new ideas are developed to keep Kingdom Creative at the very forefront of the industry. A secondary aim of the role is to work with our Head of Marketing to ensure that motorsport championships, major motorsport teams and the sponsors of those teams, know of and appreciate our work.

Key Requirements

– Strong passion for motorsport.
– Experience within the motorsport industry.
– Exceptionally organised and able to plan the crew’s travel in fine details.
– Approachable and exceptional at client relationship building.
– A creative thinker with an interest in video.
– A keen interest and ability to travel globally.
– Ability to work confidently and independently.

Our Values and Culture

We’ve built our success on 3 core values:

CONSISTENT
Our client’s brands precious to them. We allow them to keep it that way by producing content to a consistently high standard that not only meets but exceeds their expectations – every single time with no exceptions.

AGILE
We’ve built a team of individuals at our in-house production facilities that quite simply are the best in the business. We make projects happen for our clients on time and on budget without the complexity of a large agency.

INTREPID
However rugged the adventure, however challenging the brief, we’ve accomplished it. We’ve travelled the world, worked day and night and explored every avenue to get the job done.

We go the extra mile to make sure that our team feel appreciated and valued. Our social committee organises regular team building and well-being activities for the team to enjoy, promoting a happy and productive working environment. Our no fear approach allows us to challenge industry norms and to create the best influential and inspiring content. Together, we believe we can lead. Having the courage to do things differently has set us apart from our competition.
