The Role

The Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for developing all aspects of our marketing and communications strategy, externally to new and existing clients, as well as internally among staff. They will be part of the Business Development Team headed by the Managing Director and they will oversee the work of our inhouse graphic designer.

 

Raising our profile amongst new clients

• Developing the company website in conjunction with a web designer.

• Working with our SEO agency to improve our search results.

• Increase our presence on our Social Media channels.

• Promoting company news with the media via Press Releases.

• Advertising via publications and online platforms.

• Ensuring there is a consistent brand and style across all external documents

• Researching and entering awards competitions and film festivals

 

Improve communication amongst existing clients

• Manage the production and print of our bi-annual InView Magazine.

• Working with the Production Team to produce tailored monthly reports for key clients to promote new filming

techniques, industry trends and film ideas.

 

To improve communications internally

• Creating a monthly news update to staff.

• Ensuring there is a consistent brand and style across all internal documents.

• Team building events and activities.

 

The Person

• Several years previous experience in marketing & communications in a corporate environment.

• Proven ability in growing client relationships through marketing activity.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Innovative and Creative, with an appetite to try new ideas

• Interest and passion of how video and web are changing the way in which brands communicate.

• The role would suit someone looking for a flexible schedule.
