Our search has begun for a Head of Business Development, a new role leading a new team you will inspire and grow as we enter the next chapter of our journey.
 
The Head of Business Development role will focus on two key areas. The first aim will be to identify and approach new potential clients across a range of exciting industries. Working alongside the Marketing & Communications Manager, your goal will be to establish new long-term relationships with global premium brands. The second aim will be to develop and nurture our existing client relationships, enabling each brand to create a compelling connection with their audience through the powerful medium of video. 
 
The ideal candidate will possess excellent commercial awareness, with a proven track record of proactively generating new business leads as well as maximising opportunities through existing client relationships.

The Role

This role would suit someone with a strong background in sales, who thrives on selling to new customers as well as pitching new ideas to existing customers. A knowledge of the automotive sector and or the media industry would be an advantage, but most important is the ability to build relationships with customers and generate confidence in our brand to maximise sales.

The Person

This role would suit an experienced Sales Executive looking to take the next step in their career. Someone that enjoys face to face meetings, meeting new people, as well as developing long term relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of proactively generating new business leads as well as maximising opportunities through existing client relationships.
