£28,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience

We creates compelling content for a client list which includes: Porsche, Aston Martin, Hilton Hotels, Bentley, Triumph Motorcycles, and Formula 1.

In 2021 we are looking to expand our team as we grow our client base.  The finance team currently consists of a part-time Head of Finance and a part-time Accounts Manager.  We are looking to recruit a full time member of the finance team to share out the existing finance team responsibilities as the company continues to grow and help add a new focus on efficiencies, robust finance procedures and project accounting.

The Role

As Finance Manager your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Overall responsibility of the sales ledger (to include new client set up and agreement of payment plans, sales invoice creation and reconciliation, chasing payments).
  • Review and reconciliation of project spend in conjunction with the Production Team and recording of project spend in Quickbooks.
  • Analysis and review of financial reporting and profitability by project
  • Assisting Head of Finance with:
    • Income forecasting
    • Monthly management accounts
    • Quote templates
    • VAT returns
    • Payroll
    • Other adhoc reporting
    • Insurance policies
    • Annual audit process


The successful candidate will be a fully qualified or finalist accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with previous experience of working in a similar role.  Experience of working in a service industry company is highly preferable. Strong excel skills are an absolute essential as is familiarity with accounts packages (ideally Quickbooks). Attention to detail is key as is the ability and desire to query data and to look to improve processes. The successful candidate needs to be able to work well as part of a small team and be prepared to have a hands on approach with all finance tasks.  Equally important is the confidence to work on your own initiative and be able to prioritise and manage own workload in a busy environment. Key Criteria

  • Fully qualified or finalist accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA).
