Creative Team Manager

£ Competitive

As Creative Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing, nurturing and inspiring our creative team to keep Kingdom Creative at its world class level.

Our Business

We’re a highly ambitious and growing award-winning video production company creating films for the motorsport, automotive, travel and sports industries.  We are a trusted video production partner for aspirational brands and we enjoy long term relationships with brands such as Hilton Hotels and Resorts, Porsche, Aston Martin, Waldorf Astoria, Bentley, Triumph Motorcycles and Formula 1, to name a few.  We offer a combination of film making talent and client care which we believe is unique – we produce video content that our clients tell us is ‘Exceptional Every Time’, and this has become our company mantra.

Our Values and Culture

Our home is a converted barn, a warm and welcoming office environment set in the Bedfordshire countryside where we breathe fresh air as ideas come to life amongst peaceful surroundings and beautiful views. We have a team of twenty-eight passionate and talented innovators, plus two office dogs, Frank and Lotty, to complete the crew. We’ve built our success on 3 core values:

Our clients’ brands are precious to them. We allow them to keep it that way by producing content to a consistently high standard that not only meets but exceeds their expectations – every single time with no exceptions.

We’ve built a team of individuals at our in-house production facilities that are quite simply the best in the business. We make projects happen for our clients on time and on budget without the complexity of a large agency.

However rugged the adventure, however challenging the brief, we’ve accomplished it. We’ve travelled the world, worked day and night and explored every avenue to get the job done.

We go the extra mile to make sure that our team feels appreciated and valued. Our social committee organises regular team building and well-being activities for the team to enjoy, promoting a happy and productive working environment.

Our no fear approach allows us to challenge industry norms and to create the best influential and inspiring content. Together, we believe we can lead. Having the courage to do things differently has set us apart from our competition.
