THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised, and relationship-driven Motorsport Account Manager to lead the growth and day-to-day management of one of our largest motorsport clients, while also supporting a select group of other motorsport accounts and contributing to wider new business initiatives across wider sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Account Management of our largest Motorsport client 

  • Serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for the account.   
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s brand and objectives.  
  • Lead client communications across all projects, from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring information is clear, timely, and accurate. 
  • Manage our annual scope of work, working with the producers to ensure that all projects stay on schedule, on budget and on brief.  
  • Oversee all project quoting and scope development, working closely with Producers who will create the estimates and lead the production process. 
  • Retain ownership of all client-facing communications, approvals, and feedback, ensuring the client experience remains seamless and consistent. 
  • Review all final assets for quality (alongside producers and Creative Director) to ensure all projects are delivered on brief.  
  • Maintain oversight of project progress, reporting status updates to the client as needed as part of the planned weekly calls.  
  • Capture learnings from each project and feed them into process improvements or creative recommendations. 
  • Support leadership in forecasting, reporting, and preparing annual or quarterly reviews for the client. 
  • Identify opportunities for account growth.  

Driving Growth Across Other Key Motorsport Clients 

  • Identify and drive growth opportunities across a handful of our wider key clients.  
  • Work alongside New Business, Producers and the Creative Director to anticipate new needs or areas where we can provide support.  
  • Work with New Business, Producers and the Creative Director to present growth initiatives to key clients.  

Supporting Wider New Business Initiatives  

  • Play a supporting role in the agency’s growth by contributing to the new business efforts of the Business Development Team. 

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in account management, client services, and business development, ideally within a film, advertising, or creative agency. 
  • Experience of working in the motorsport sector would be beneficial.  
  • Proven experience managing high-volume client accounts. 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence managing senior stakeholders. 
  • Strong organisational ability, capable of handling multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines. 
  • Understanding of the production process from brief to delivery (pre-production, shoot, post). 
  • A lover of dogs!
