Hilton trusts us to push the brief and the boundaries across all their brands. So, when they asked us to promote meetings at Waldorf Astoria hotels, we didn’t just tick boxes - we tore up the rulebook.

We leaned into humour and heart – creating a character-led, semi-comedic film that brings Waldorf Astoria’s luxury and incredible buildings to life through the people who make experiences unforgettable. From warm welcomes to meticulous service, we captured the quirks, charm and quiet excellence that set these hotels apart.

Filmed over just two days in Edinburgh and Amsterdam, our video production services team worked fast, light and smart – maximising every moment while keeping disruption to guests to a minimum. In video post-production, we seamlessly wove in curated footage from Hilton’s wider Waldorf Astoria portfolio to reflect the global scope of their offer.

Casting and script were everything. An animated, offbeat voiceover leads the narrative – witty and full of charm. It’s what brings the whole piece together and gives the video a distinct tone: confident, quirky and unmistakably Waldorf.
