THE ROLE

Undoubtedly, the most impactful aspect of this role will be the invaluable experience and skills you will acquire, setting a solid foundation for your career in film production. You’ll be supporting a dynamic and passionate team of Producers who collaborate closely with the Creative Team to conceive and execute exceptional film concepts for our clients. As a crucial member of this team, your contributions will be instrumental in bringing these creative visions to life.

Job Type: Full Time
Salary: £24,000

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE

  • Researching and booking, hotels, flights and hire cars.
  • Production specific research which will include sourcing locations, talent and voiceover artists.
  • Attending Production meetings.
  • Assisting with Production related paperwork, permissions and licenses.
  • Working closely with and assisting the Production team.
  • Occasionally assisting on set.
  • Answering the phone and welcoming visitors into the office.
  • Ordering equipment and stationary.
  • Ensuring the office kitchen is well stocked and equipped.
  • Running office errands.
  • Arranging client catering.
  • Feeling part of a real family of passionate film makers.

THE PERSON

  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Genuine interest in film and visual media.
  • People-oriented with a passion for teamwork and collaboration.
  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
  • Willing to work within and actively support a dynamic team environment.
  • Strong desire to grow into a production role.
  • Driven, competitive, and ambitious, with a strong work ethic.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle.
  • Must live within a 60-minute commute of SG5 4BH.
  • Dog lover.
