Although our speciality lies within the automotive industry, we don’t stop there. Development Producer

This role would suit someone with a background in production, someone that understand what is involved in putting a filming project together.

As the Managing Director at Kingdom Creative, a large element of my role is talking to new clients that approach us, understanding their aims and proposing film ideas that achieve their goals. Kingdom Creative is growing thanks to our Creative Team producing amazing films that keep getting better and our Production Team looking after our clients by planning our shoots to perfection. I now need help to grow the business and look after the increasing number of new clients that thankfully want to work with us.

For me, working with new clients is such a rewarding process as I get to meet new people, learn all about their businesses and then work with our Creative Team to dream up film ideas to achieve their aims. We would be working closely, visiting potential new clients, listening, researching, thinking, imagining, putting together proposals and then working with the Production Team to make those films come to life. Someone with a background in production and a solid understanding of the production process would be perfect to ensure that relevant ideas are proposed, ideas that can be achieved within budget.

Ideal Candidate
This role would suit an experienced Producer looking for a slight change of direction.
Someone that enjoys face to face meetings, meeting new people, but also forming relationships with long term clients.
A good listener as we will really need to understand a new client’s business and their aims for the future.

Summary of the Position
Visiting potential new clients that have approached Kingdom Creative in order to gain an understanding of their business and their aims for the future.
Studying their current video content and researching their competitors.
Creating a brief for selected members of the Creative Team and working with then to develop film ideas that meet the clients aims.
Working with a designer to put together a presentation for the client.
Jointly with me talking through the proposal with the client.
Going to the pub with the entire company to celebrate the new client loving the ideas and giving us the project.
Working with the Production Team to progressively hand over the planning of the filming project, but remaining closely involved.
More often than not going on the shoot to ensure that the client is getting the film that they want.
Inputting into the editing process to keep the direction of the film on course.
Delivering the film to a very happy client and receiving enormous amount of praise both from the client and the rest of the Kingdom Creative team.

Production Coordinator

The Role
This position would appeal to someone who is looking to take the next step in their career, or a production secretary looking to progress. You are a self-starter who can work on your own initiative, as well as a team player who can work with others in film production jobs and video editor jobs. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects across various clients, within a busy production department,

The role is extremely varied but will include:
Supporting a team of producers and the Head of Production with all aspects of a project
Assisting producers including scheduling (shoot timetable), location sourcing, casting, crew, travel and related production documentation
Arranging logistics for shoots
Generating ideas as part of a team for clients within creative workshops
Set-up, monitor and update internal systems with all relevant information throughout a project
Liaise with clients to gather information pre-project
Staff briefings on all aspects of the project
On-set responsibilities to include:
Client management, scheduling and interviews, catering and venue contacts

The Person
Enthusiastic and a willingness to learn
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to communicate confidently over the telephone as well as in front of clients
Enjoys working as part of a team

Equestrian Account Manager - Film

The Role

The Equestrian Account Manager is a part time role working between one and two days a week. The position is part of the Business Development Team. You will work closely with the Head of Business Development to develop our quickly growing Equestrian portfolio. And keep in mind, there is potential for progression within the company.

Responsibilities will include:
Creating and developing new business opportunities
Research and analysis of the Equestrian sector
Updating website and developing marketing campaigns
Social Media development

Camera Operator & Editor - Junior

The Role

The Junior Camera Operator and Editor role is part of the creative team and will have you filming and editing, while working closely with the Senior Camera Operator and Editor. You will have ample opportunities in film production jobs as well, to gain experience in all areas of the filming and production process. And keep in mind, there is potential for progression within the company.

Responsibilities will include:
Filming and Editing
Producing high quality video that meets all aspects of the client’s brief
Filming at a variety of different locations, both in the UK and abroad
Operating secondary cameras on set and assisting the director
Editing video content to match the client’s brief
Assisting the creative team with pre-production planning, ingesting footage, logging, cutting interviews and choosing music

The Person
Some experience within a similar role
Enthusiastic and a willingness to learn

Runner & Camera Assistant

The Role
Initially, your main responsibility will be to maintain and prepare equipment for film shoots. Knowledge of camera and media equipment is useful, but not essential as full training will be given. This position would suit someone looking to make their first move into film production jobs or someone who wants to take the next step to progress their career in the film industry. If you prove yourself to be a quick learner and are keen to get behind a camera and start filming, or get stuck into a video editor role – or both! – this will be the ideal position for you. As a company, we are committed to developing young talent, and you will have access to some of the best kit in the business.

Responsibilities will include:
Checking, preparing and packing all equipment before and after shoots
Maintenance and repair of faulty equipment
Working to tight deadlines
Assisting with insurance claims if equipment is damaged

The Person
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic is crucial in this role
Has common sense and is practical
Ability to assist as camera operator on shoots
Some editing experience
Excellent communication skills
Enjoys working as part of an enthusiastic team
